Denise B. Barrows, CPA, CFP has over 25 years of experience working with businesses and individuals to assist them with tax savings, accounting needs, and financial planning. Her expertise in these specific areas has been developed over years of assisting clients directly. Denise finds personal satisfaction in offering clients the best service by staying up to date with the current tax laws, maintaining continuing education for CPA licensing, CFP licensing, and her insurance and securities licenses. Among her contributions in the community, she serves on the Board of Directors for the Chambersburg Hospital and the James Buchanan Athletic Boosters Association. She is a founding member and past Treasurer of the Storks Store, past District Director and past local President of the Chambersburg Business and Professional Women's Club and has served on the board at Trinity Lutheran Church in Chambersburg. Denise lives in St. Thomas with her husband Jeff and has two sons, Brian and Benjamin. Her hobbies include playing golf, reading, boating, cooking and biking.

Diane R. Sollenberger, CIA, CPA has been employed in the financial services industry since 1987. After working in bank auditing for over six years, she transferred to public accounting. She is a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA), Certified Public Accountant (CPA), and Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor. Her areas of interest are small business and estates. She grew up in the Mercersburg Area and now resides in St. Thomas with her husband, Tom, and two daughters, Renee and Carly. She is active in and provides support to McConnellsburg Lutheran Parish, Mt. Zion Lutheran Church while also participating with her husband in the Williamson Ruritan Club.
